SMARTFORM™is an integrated set of ideas, knowledge, methods, practices and procedures that allow the analysis, synthesis, generation, validation, implementation, start-up and support for the organizational transformations. All these transformations are necessary in order to achieve the customer's objectives. The objectives must be SMART: Specific, Measurable, Atainable, Relevant and Time-bound.

Among the tools used in extenso are the standard suites ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 18000, ISO 17799,and the business excellence standards from NIST (the Baldrige model) and EFQM. For the purpose of organizational modelling we use our own software, BET.
